Development Charges By-laws

All new development within the County of Oxford may be subject to the development charges of the County and Local Municipalities.

Note that County Council at its meeting of July 8, 2009 passed a new County-wide and eight area specific water wastewater Development Charge By-Laws which come into effect on August 10, 2009. Copies of these by-laws are available below.
