Since 2000, all aspects of water and wastewater services have been administered and maintained by the Public Works Department. The department maintains plants in: Beachville (Loweville Subdivision), Bright, Brownsville, Dereham Centre, Drumbo, Embro, Hickson (King Subdivision), Ingersoll, Innerkip, Lakeside, Mount Elgin, Norwich, Otterville, Plattsville, Princeton (Countryside Manor), Springford, Sweaburg (Oxford Heights Subdivision), Tavistock, Thamesford, Tillsonburg and Woodstock.

Water or wastewater emergencies may be reported to either (519) 539-9800 (during County working hours) or 1-866-537-7778 (toll free) after hours.
