The Oxford South Water system is comprised of seven groundwater wells treated at four separate treatment facilities and serves the communities of Norwich, Otterville and Springford. The communities are interconnected by transmission mains. It is a Large Municipal Water system as defined by Regulation 170/03 and serves a total population of approximately 5,170.”
