The final CPR report is comprised of two Modules:
Module 1 - Characteristics of Oxford’s Retail Sector and Profile of Commercial Structure;
Module 2 - Planning Mechanisms;
Based on a review of the recommendations contained in the CPR, County Planning staff subsequently prepared two commercial policy options reports:
The purposes of these reports are to summarize the key recommendations of the CPR and present potential policy implementation options for discussion with the Area Municipalities and local community organizations involved in the CPR stakeholder sessions (where requested), prior to preparation of the draft amendments to the commercial policies.
Any questions or comments regarding the County’s Commercial Policy Review study and associated reports may be directed to the Manager Strategic Policy Planning.
